Refund & Exchange Policy: 

Refund is NOT available after courier leaves. Please make sure to check the item carefully while the courier is still on your doorstep. 

Exchange is available through contacting us on our website/Direct Messages. 

Please note that exchange is ONLY available if you send us a message within 7 days from the date of receiving the product. 

N.B: There's a refund exception if there's a defect found in the item purchased.
